It is located in the northwest corner of the Isanti County Fairgrounds, off Highway 95 and Flanders Street in Cambridge.

There is no admission fee to the Heritage Center at this time, thus a suggested donation of $10 per hour of research is requested. Researchers will be charged for any copies made.
Photocopy charges are as follows.
$ .25 = Letter (8.5 x 11) $ .25 = Legal (8.5 x 14) $ .50 = Tabloid (11 x 17)

At the museum, researchers are asked to observe the following rules so that documents and artifacts may be preserved.

• Ask staff for the materials you want to see. Staff will refile them when you are finished.
• Keep the material in the order and condition in which you find it. Remove one folder at a time from a box or file. Keep material in its folder.
• Do not eat food or drink beverages while handling manuscripts, photos or artifacts.
• Use clean hands when handling materials. When handling photos, you may either wash your hands or wear cotton gloves provided by staff. Handle all materials carefully.
• Use pencils for note taking.
• Ask permission of staff before adding information to files. DO NOT add information to files without speaking to staff first.

Isanti County Historical Society members receive a 30% discount on research fees. The discount does not apply to the photocopy fee. Information is available here should you wish to become a member.

By ICHS Staff Isanti County Historical Society staff will do research for patrons. In order to make our search more efficient and less costly, please include as much information as possible with your request. Requests can be emailed to us at ichs@izoom.net  The Staff Research Request form will soon be available on-line.

Following are the fees for those who would like Historical Society staff to conduct research for them.

• $10.00 minimum research fee. (This includes 1/2 hour of research time and 4 letter-size photocopies.)
• $25.00 per hour--charged in 15-minute increments after the first 1/2 hour. ($6.25 per 15 minutes)
