Promote your business with a booth at our expo

The Expo will be located in the high school. Booth size will be 8-feet. One 8-foot table will be provided per booth. Booth location will be assigned. Please note any special needs on your application. Booths with electricity are limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee exclusive selling rights of items or services, but if you would like to be informed of other vendors selling similar items, please note this on the reservation form. You can begin setting up at 8:30 a.m. on April 20.

A confirmation letter and a map of the market will be sent to you just prior to the event.   Any questions? Email Tesha at ichscookingschool@gmail.com.

Required with the booth registration is a door prize valued at a minimum of $25. Also consider paying $25 to add your item to the bag that will go to all 700 audience members.

Make your booth a fun place for audience members by offering samples and holding games. Other ideas:
o Spinning a wheel for a prize always draws a crowd!
o Fill a jar with a business-appropriate item and ask visitors to the booth to guess
the correct number to win a prize (e.g., a hair salon could fill a jar with bobby pins
or hair elastics and offer a gift certificate as a prize.)
o “Name that Kitchen Tool” contest; display a unique cooking or kitchen tool and
ask visitors to fill out a pre-printed information card and include their answer.
From those who answered correctly, a winner will be drawn at a later date.
Display the attractive prize at the booth to entice the visitors to enter the contest.
o Vision screenings, blood pressure screenings, one-minute massages, jewelry
cleaning…be creative! Encourage advertisers to really interact with the visitors to
maximize the experience. Computerized hairstyle and eyewear analysis is fun
and provides a service.

Bag stuffers due at ICHS office Monday, March 25. (No alcoholic items.) Door prizes due April 10. Items can be dropped off at the ICHS building Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
