DONATION PROCEDURES
When you bring in your donation, we ask that you complete a registration form with your name, address, and a description of the item you wish to donate to ICHS. Your description should include the age, condition and story behind the item whenever possible. You will also be asked to sign the "Certificate of Donation" on the bottom of the registration form. This states that you transfer all title and right of possession to ICHS.

We will be digitizing all of our future (paper/photo) donations. If you have digital copies of photos, we would appreciate receiving a CD. If you haven't digitized it yourself, we will do so.

What artifacts are acceptable to ICHS? 
The following criteria is considered when accepting accession items:
1) Based on our Mission Statement, what significance does this item have to Isanti County?
2) Was the item manufactured in Isanti County? If so, what was the name of the manufacturer?
3) What is the condition of the item?
4) Is the donating party able to provide some history for the item?
